(1) Thou shall not but take plenty of water daily, at least eight glasses for it is what the body needs to carry on with the life process of the body.

(2) Thou shall do exercises as frequently as possible to enhance high retention of calcium, reduction of cholesterol level, improving blood circulation, faster healing of damaged body parts etc.

(3) Thou shall not engage in worries, anxiety and tension, in order to prevent high blood pressure and other heart related diseases.

(4) Thou shall go for relaxation and engage in discussions which bring laughter and build up of friendship.

(5) Thou shall avoid eating excessive saturated fatty acids, sugar and salt to prevent heart related and other kinds of diseases.

(6) Thou shall take salad, vegetables, fruits and grains with fibre as frequently as possible, to promote proper hydration of the body.

(7) Thou shall read good educating, informating, and entertaining texts.

(8) Thou shall not but take Galic, Onions and Soya products to prevent and ot fight cancer.

(9) Thou shall not interfere with time for night rest.

(10) Thou shall maintain a good prayer life.
